Faulty product returns

To return a faulty product covered by warranty, fill out the request form.

Before you start, make sure you have your quote number, invoice number and delivery note (DDT) number handy.

If you have no faulty headsets to send for repair, proceed to the next step.
Return transmitters
If you have no faulty transmitters to send for repair, proceed to the next step.
