Swap Repair™ is reserved for clients who have purchased Silentsystem wireless headphones and work in settings where an interruption is not an option: multi-day events, ongoing productions, trade shows, guided tours, fitness and conferences.
We don’t diagnose faults in the field — you let us know which unit isn’t working. We take care of the replacement.
How it works
- You identify the headphone that isn’t working
- You report it to us — we agree on the replacement
- You receive a working replacement unit
- The faulty unit comes back to our labs for technical inspection

Covered faults
The warranty covers electrical and electronic faults resulting from normal use of the product.

Faults not covered
The warranty does not cover mechanical or accidental damage, regardless of the cause.

Warranty period
- 24 months for individuals
- 12 months for businesses and professionals
The warranty runs from the date of purchase and applies to Silentsystem wireless headphones purchased directly from us.
